0e10ac5a48 Update PartyHeader and DropdownMenuItem 
* Remove extraneous states and hooks from PartyHeader
* Only show PartyDropdown if we are looking at an existing party
* Add destructive prop for DropdownMenuItem
* Remove extraneous classes from PartyDropdown
* Localize dropdown contents
