- Add 'use client' directives to all weapon and summon components
- Update imports from next/router to next/navigation
- Replace router.locale with getCookie('NEXT_LOCALE')

- WeaponUnit, WeaponModal, WeaponKeySelect, WeaponHovercard
- WeaponConflictModal, WeaponResult, WeaponLabelIcon
