Animate docked keyboard and fix arc overlay

Summary

  • Add spring slide-up animation when switching to docked keyboard (bouncy on appear, soft spring on dismiss)
  • Extend dark background below the keyboard to hide edge during slide animation
  • Fix step arcs in docked mode: arcs now float above the keyboard via overlay instead of shrinking keys in a VStack

Test plan

  • Switch from Contained to Docked: keyboard slides up with spring bounce
  • Switch from Docked to Contained: keyboard slides down cleanly
  • Toggle step arcs on in docked mode: arcs float above, keys stay full size
  • No visible dark edge at bottom during slide-up animation
